Naku Char Design: Foxes

I have so many ideas floating around in my head for my Naku crew and universe--too many to illustrate in any number of pics. The limitations and whatnot for other characters, besides my own, are what I'm tackling here.

This is just sorta for my own benefit--for continuity's sake, really, since a lot of my pics have been inconsistent. I guess it could also be a how-to for anybody who'd be interested in making their own, but I chuckle to myself thinking that that'd be the case. <~~ low self-esteem, for the lose.

The characters I drew here are just examples. It's not set in stone that foxes, for example, HAVE to look like either of those two, or Napoleon. The stuff that IS set in stone is in text. There's also a bunch of junk I didn't cover in the text, but I thought I'd leave out as much stuff as I could that was obvious enough.

Another reason I decided to do this was because I was tired of people thinking Corinne was a fox or Napoleon was a cat. *sigh* I'm trying to branch out on my char design & illustration so that doesn't happen so much.

Even though these are just throw-away chars, they, and the artwork, are still ©.
The brushes I used for the "card" part of the image are from Obsidian Brushes ([link]). They have some GREAT stuff there.
